PROSPECT WORKFORCE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Operations/Order Management professional in Singapore.

You will ensure reliable handling of customer requests, create accurate orders, manage inventory, and coordinate cross-functional communications to keep sales and delivery on track. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in consumer goods or related fields, with strong Excel and SAP skills and experience in order processing, billing and returns.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service or a related discipline.
• Outlook: Intermediate to Advanced.
• Word: Intermediate.
• PowerPoint: Intermediate.
• Excel: Intermediate to Advanced (advanced formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Excel Macros
• SAP: Intermediate to Advanced (order management, customer master data, billing).
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in consumer goods, retail, wholesale, or supply-chain related business.

Responsabilités

• To deliver reliability and responsiveness to customer requests and complaints.
• To create accurate customer Re & Pre-orders in the system.
• To create accurate clearance orders in the system.
• To liaise with customers on delivery intake and plan deliveries when required
• To cancel existing SO and repurpose stocks to other customers
• To process and send out the order confirmations.
• To adjust order book according to delivery information and inform customers and sales team on delays.
• To generate & compile inventory data to always ensure healthy stocks level; Monitor article drops, shipment tracking and ensure all Preorder have been picked up.
• To communicate cross-functional between internal interfaces.
• To create Credit notes e.g., wrong pricing, wrong discounts, off-invoice discounts payment
• To create and process Returns and Claims
• To maintain the order book accordingly (e.g., delivery date adjustments, cancellations, cleansing, ensuring accuracy on delivery dates and quantities
• To support In-season / Injection buy consolidation and order creation
• To work closely with Sales to achieve monthly Sales target
• Any other sales operations duties as requested by Sales
