Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to handle customer orders and coordinate with internal teams and partners. The role involves verifying orders, tracking deliveries, and addressing returns and complaints.

You will work closely with pricing, contracts, and supply chain teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service or related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous with good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP or Salesforce experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and act as the key contact for order-related enquiries.
• Process and verify customer orders for pricing, product details, quantities and delivery accuracy.
• Monitor order status and coordinate shipments with shipping agents, supply chain and internal teams.
• Manage product returns, replacements, credit/debit requests and customer complaints.
• Investigate customer claims and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate order records and documentation in SAP and Salesforce.
• Liaise with Pricing and Contracts teams on quotations and pricing matters.
• Provide administrative, sales and supply chain support when required.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
