Job summary

You will verify payments or credit status, prepare shipping documents for export, issue invoices, and support the sales team with enquiries and quotations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' related experience and strong communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order processing based on work orders with pricing accuracy.
• Verify customer payments or credit status or obtain authorization.
• Verify order details and contact customers if needed.
• Check stock availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
• System setup and data entry for new customers and suppliers; maintain records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of documents and records.
• Liaise with warehouse for timely delivery to customer sites.
• Prepare shipping documents and arrange export shipments where applicable.
• Prepare and submit invoices for timely billing.
• Support sales team with enquiries and quotations for standard items.
• Handle enquiries via phone or email.
• Participate in internal audit and quarterly stock take.
