• Minimum Diploma with 3-5 years of customer service and order processing experience.
• Good knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
• Relevant experience in organizing & planning trainings, exhibitions & internal and external meetings.
• Experience with SAP

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and sales transactions using SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, handling enquiries and coordinating day-to-day operational matters.
• Receive equipment for servicing and coordinate with service teams on repair progress, quotations, billing, collection and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and collections for Sales and Service departments.
• Monitor inventory and loan equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and proper inventory control.
• Liaise with the Finance team on customer accounts and related matters.
• Coordinate administrative arrangements for exhibitions, training sessions and customer meetings.
• Generate SAP reports, prepare audit documentation and conduct year-end stock counts.
• Liaise with the Singapore Distribution Centre to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
