Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks a customer operations professional in Singapore to manage accounts, process orders, review pricing, and coordinate with shipping and internal teams. The position is a 1-year contract based in Tuas, with Mon-Fri office hours and islandwide pickup options. A degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business is required.

Qualifications

• Min degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as a key point of contact for order-related enquiries.
• Process and manage customer orders received through electronic and manual channels.
• Review orders for pricing, product, quantity, documentation and delivery accuracy.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delivery commitments or changes.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, intercompany teams, supply chain and other stakeholders to ensure timely shipments.
• Process credits, debits, replacements, returns and customer complaints.
• Act as the first escalation point for product returns and customer credit requests.
• Investigate complaints/credit requests and validate product or lot purchase claims.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in SAP and SFDC/Salesforce.
• Ensure activities comply with relevant SOPs, customer service procedures, SDS requirements and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Liaise with Pricing and Contracts teams to verify pricing and quotation-related matters.
• Provide administrative, sales support and supply-chain support where required.
• Support continuous improvement of processes to improve cost effectiveness, turnaround time and customer experience.
