Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Director in Singapore to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving growth for the centre. The role requires strong organization, sales acumen and extensive product knowledge to promote our programmes effectively.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in customer service, with 1 year in a managerial role, and be available for retail hours including weekends. English proficiency is essential; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership abilities.
• Strong written and spoken English; bilingual/trilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing sales calls and drive monthly lead generation and enrolments.
• Mentor and manage team members to achieve targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Maintain high quality of service to retain customers and reduce turnover.
• Plan and execute growth targets for the centre and teacher targets.
