Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager in Singapore to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives, driving sales, enrolments and customer satisfaction across our programmes. You will coordinate daily operations, deliver training, and implement growth initiatives while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a supervisor/manager capacity, and availability for retail hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year in a managerial role
• Must be available to work retail hours and on weekends
• Strong leadership and adaptablity to drive centre growth
