Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking motivated individuals for our Singapore-based roles to promote Aureus Academy’s programmes and deliver excellent customer service to potential leads and customers. You will drive lead generation, conversions, and centre growth while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires strong English communication and a friendly, outgoing personality, with the ability to work retail hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and enrolment targets.
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct and assist in sales activities and events to generate leads and conversions.
• Support Centre Team and Manager to drive healthy centre growth and reduce turnover.
• Maintain or exceed closure/conversion targets for trials to enrolments.
• Assist in implementing teacher growth plans to meet monthly targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Handle general administration tasks.
