Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field
• 2 years of related work experience preferred, fresh graduates welcome
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering best-in-class CX
• Collaborate with departments to improve customer outcomes
• Own talent brand campaigns to meet client objectives and prove ROI
• Partner with product teams to enhance service offerings and tools
• Support customer communications and education for an outstanding experience
• Perform additional duties as required to support quality management
