Job description
    As a Retail Specialist for Stores at Globe, your primary responsibility will be to optimize the performance of retail stores by ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and maximizing sales. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies to enhance customer experience, and achieving sales targets.Your duties and responsibilities will include assisting walk-in subscribers with their concerns and queries, selling all products and services to walk-in customers, performing product demonstrations, accepting, screening, evaluating, and approving documents received from subscribers, and practicing timely and efficient customer delivery to meet targets. It will also be important for you to comply with agreed shift schedules, attendance policies, and maintain a clean workplace in adherence to established standards.Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, acting as a custodian when necessary, monitoring and resolving after-sales transactions, encoding all transactions passed on to other support groups, and timely transmittal of subscriber documents to the Credit Library. Achieving stores sales & revenue targets, favorable results for Line Wait and CSAT/MSP, and meeting SLAs with minimal exceptions will be key performance indicators.Your top deliverables will include achieving and exceeding sales targets, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, optimizing store operations for efficiency and profitability, and developing and leading a high-performing store team.
