Position

Sales Furniture Designer

Responsibilities

• Serving walk-in clients for customised furniture and upholstery
• Provide professional advice on space planning, colour coordination and choice of fabrics/materials and conceptual furniture designs
• Preparation of proposals, mood boards and quotations
• Prepare detailed drawings for furniture design construction
• Attend site meetings, appointments, and follow through in project management
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
• Handle retail responsibilities such as housekeeping of showroom and visual merchandising, follow up of online and offline enquires

Requirements

• MUST have Degree in Interior Design / Furniture Design.
• Proficient in relevant design software Sketchup, AutoCAD, 3D Max to produce product design drawings
• Strong creativity and design capabilities, with a keen eye for details
• Knowledge of furniture, materials, colour selections, and specifications
• Ability to liaise with clients and production team effectively
• Ability to multitask and to monitor concurrent projects from start to finish.
• Advantage if candidate has a network of contacts with developers, architects, designers, and contractors.

Job Details

• 5 Day Work Week - Shift (Sat/Sun)
• Need to be willing to work weekends
• Working Hours: Mon - Sat 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Working Hours: Sun 11:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Work Location: Pasir Panjang
