We are seeking an experienced and motivated Curriculum & Training Lead who is passionate about elevating English literacy education for young learners. This role offers the opportunity to shape curriculum direction, mentor educators, and uphold teaching excellence within a well-established international education organisation known for its effective pedagogy and supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, review, and enhance English literacy curriculum aligned with MOE standards and learning outcomes.
  • Lead teacher development through structured training programmes, mentoring, classroom observations, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee academic teams to ensure consistent teaching quality, strong parent communication, and positive student progress.
  • Partner with senior leadership on academic planning, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
  • Teach selected Primary English classes to model best practices and ensure curriculum integrity.
  • Contribute educational content and live sessions to support outreach and community engagement on digital platforms.
Requirements
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience, with demonstrated leadership or training responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, instructional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend

Working Location: Islandwide locations available
