Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Chef de Partie or similar culinary role to join our kitchen brigade in Singapore. You will follow instructions from senior chefs, adapt to business needs, and ensure timely execution of tasks across kitchen sections including pastry and bakery.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in culinary arts, pastry, or bakery, with education in culinary arts or patisserie. A professional appearance and strong sanitation knowledge are essential for guest-facing service and safety

Qualificações

• Basic cooking and sanitary knowledge required.
• Ability to identify raw materials and ingredients.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
