Job summary

A leading project management firm is seeking an experienced MEP/CSA Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in international projects. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for collaboration with teams and clients. This role requires robust leadership skills and entails relocation to Thailand to oversee complex projects while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasonedMEP/CSA Project Managerto lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling:Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes.
• Tendering & Procurement:Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages.
• Design Coordination:Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Construction Management:Supervise on‑site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management:Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.
• Budget & Cost Control:Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost‑saving measures without compromising quality.
• Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handover & Commissioning:Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ yearsof experience in construction project management.
• 3+ yearsof international project experience.
• Successfully completedat least 2 data center projects(planning, construction, handover).
• Proficient inEnglish and Mandarin(Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese teams).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to relocation to Thailand.
