They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crypto Quantitative Trader to join their dynamic team in Singapore. They are interested in adding alpha signals or market making strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, pricing, execution, and hedging to facilitate market making by using the automated trading infrastructure.
• Develop, test and refine quantitative trading alpha models and algorithms for trading strategies and risk assessments.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, news and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and inform trading strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade execution to maximize profitability.
• Work closely with developers, traders, and other team members to ensure efficient and accurate trades.

Requirements

• Experience with crypto quant trading and a strong understanding of trading models, theory, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in major programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Matlab, etc.)
• Strong skills in quantitative analysis and model development and can implement complex trading algorithms.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to details
