A leading financial services provider in Singapore is seeking a Credit / Loans Officer to handle loan applications, disbursement management, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma and have 3-5+ years of experience in the credit or loan sector, preferably in banking or SME financing. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are crucial. This role is sales-driven, requiring motivation by commissions and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Meticulous and organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Existing client base is a strong advantage.

• Manage disbursement, collections & monthly instalment tracking

• Handle walk-in/call-in customers & convert leads to sales

• Maintain accurate loan records & support daily operations

• Provide financial advice & recommend suitable loan products

Requirements:

• Diploma with 3-5+ years’ experience in credit/loan operations (moneylending/banking/SME financing preferred)

• Strong customer network or existing client base is a big advantage

• Meticulous, organised & able to work in fast-paced environment

• Good communication in English & Mandarin to deal with Chinese-speaking customers

• Sales-driven, responsible & motivated by commissions
