Creative Director

The Creative Director (CD) will lead the creative team to develop creative Brand activationconcepts for our clients. Reporting to the Managing Director the CD will laythe strategic & creative foundation of the clients’ brand engagement campaignswith comprehensive insights on trends and opportunities to offer original andunique brand activation solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Creative thinker who generates ideas and solutions to deliverimpactful experiences, to captivateaudience and possibly viral and generate talkabout
  • Play a key role in driving creative direction, strong creativeconcept development, design and proposal development
  • Direct and lead the creative team in production of creativedesigns and supporting design/execution elements that are efficient andproductive
  • Push the creativeboundaries and establish creative standards whilst ensuring that clients’activation objectives are met
  • Will be accountable for design and creative works revenueperformance
  • Support new business development
  • Must be willing to travel to overseas for projects pitching andmeetings, particularly China as we have an office in Shanghai
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6 years working in agencies with relevant workexperience focused in entertainment, events field/business, insimilar/relevant position
  • Relevant degree in the communications, marketing or design
