The Creative Director leads the agency’s creative vision across large-scale, integrated campaigns and video productions, including major government and public-sector initiatives.

They drive high-impact pitches, inspire multidisciplinary teams, and consistently deliver ideas that win business, build trust, and move audiences. Embracing both craft and emerging technologies, the Creative Director champions the use of AI to enhance ideation, storytelling, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
  • Lead the development of large-scale, integrated campaigns for government ministries, statutory boards, and public-sector organisations.
  • Oversee creative excellence from concept to execution, ensuring strong storytelling and high production value.
  • Partner closely with strategist, accounts, and production teams to deliver cohesive, results-driven work.
  • Own and lead major pitches particularly government tenders and large public-sector briefs, from ideation to presentation.
  • Maintain a strong pitch conversion rate through clear thinking, persuasive storytelling, and confident presentation.
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead creative teams across disciplines (copy, design, motion, video).
  • Foster a collaborative, curious, and high-performance creative culture.
  • Provide clear creative direction, constructive feedback, and strong decision-making.
Video & Production
  • Guide creative direction for video, film, and content production, balancing ambition with feasibility.
  • Collaborate with producers, video editors, and motion graphics teams to ensure creative intent is realised on screen.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and innovation across production workflows.
AI & Innovation
  • Actively embrace and integrate AI tools into creative thinking, design, motion, and production processes.
  • Explore new formats, technologies, and platforms to keep the agency’s output future-ready.
  • Champion experimentation while maintaining strong brand and creative standards.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative agency environment, with proven Creative Director experience.
  • Proven track record delivering and pitching for government or public-sector campaigns.
