In this role, you will lead the creative vision and execution of immersive brand experiences across high‑end events, private experiences, and cultural activations. You will be responsible for shaping concepts from idea to delivery, working closely with designers, production, and marketing teams to bring bold ideas to life.

You will be responsible for:
- Leading end‑to‑end creative concept development for immersive events, experiences, and activations
- Translating abstract ideas into tangible creative outputs (2D, 3D, spatial, copy, and storytelling)
- Collaborating closely with designers, producers, and marketing teams to ensure ideas are executable and aligned
- Guiding and mentoring junior creatives and designers, fostering creative growth and accountability
- Contributing hands‑on across creative disciplines (concepting, visual direction, copywriting, CAD/3D inputs)
- Presenting creative ideas confidently to clients and adapting concepts based on feedback
- Balancing creativity with feasibility, budgets, and production realities
- Staying ahead of cultural, design, technology, and experiential trends (AR, immersive tech, AI‑assisted workflows)
- Working with demanding clients while remaining flexible and open to evolving creative directions
- Participating in internal passion‑led initiatives where ideas can be explored and turned into real‑world experiences
Ideal Profile:
- You have 8–12+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within brand experience, experiential marketing, events, or creative agencies
- You have a strong background in creative concepting with hands‑on exposure to 2D / 3D design or modelling and Spatial or experiential design
- You are detail‑oriented and execution‑focused, not just idea‑driven
- You are comfortable working in lean teams and fast‑changing environments
- You have experience collaborating closely with designers, production teams, and marketers
- You have a strong interest in the intersection of creativity and technology, including immersive experiences, AR, and AI tools for creative workflows
- You are culturally curious, with a genuine passion for art, architecture, music, fashion, and design trends
- You are flexible, resilient, and not overly attached to your ideas—able to adapt quickly based on client needs
- You enjoy mentoring and developing junior creatives
- You communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and senior clients
- Experience working with premium brands, banks, or high‑net‑worth clientele is a strong advantage
