Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced design lead to spearhead creative campaign initiatives for the 15M Social Movement. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in communications and stakeholder management, with a strong background in project coordination. This role requires a good bachelor's degree, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in design software. The position is on a 3-month contract with working hours of 08.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, and 08.30am - 5.30pm on Fridays.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in community, communications, and/or healthcare.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and delivering projects across the full life cycle.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Contract Term: 3 Months Contract

Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Duties:

15M Social Movement Outreach

  • Lead the conceptualisation and creation of mascot-driven campaign collaterals that reinforce key outreach messages and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ideate, plan, and execute internal and external activations that strengthen the 15M Social Movement’s visibility and resonance.
  • Ensure all creative work upholds the movement’s brand identity, tone, and purpose across multiple touchpoints.
Lead and Oversee Design Execution
  • Translate creative briefs into effective, high-impact design concepts and deliverables across print, digital, and experiential formats.
  • Oversee the full design process— from ideation to production— ensuring alignment with brand standards, messaging clarity, and timely delivery.
  • Review and refine designs produced by team members or vendors to maintain consistency, visual excellence, and professional standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive visual communication solutions including eDM design, A0 posters, product landing pages, participation certificates, mascot design, infographics, event materials, digital assets, print collateral, and interactive media that effectively engage target audiences and achieve measurable communication objectives.
Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and communication teams to ensure creative direction aligns with organisational goals and campaign strategies.
  • Oversee project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to facilitate smooth coordination and timely execution across departments.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through well-defined briefs, regular progress updates, and constructive feedback loops.
  • Provide design guidance and support across initiatives to ensure consistent brand application, visual consistency, and messaging coherence.
Job Requirements:
  • Good bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Preferably with at least 5 years[MW1] of relevant working experience in community, communications and/or healthcare sector and/or strong background in the areas of engagement and communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, abilities in managing internal/external stakeholders with diverse interest in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering projects of similar nature across the full life cycle.
  • Must own strong forward planning, strategic thinking, administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft word, excel & PowerPoint.
  • System‑thinker with problem‑solving skills in a dynamic and unstructured work environment.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds at various levels of seniority.
  • Mature in disposition in relation to personal character.
  • Strong self‑discipline, sense of responsibility & determination.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self‑motivated and result‑oriented.
  • Resourceful and able to work in ambiguous situation with a can‑do attitude.
