The Role:

As a multidisciplinary creative for Energea, you’ll transform your ideas into compelling visuals and brand experiences that speak to the intended audience. Your primary role is to conduct research, identify trends, conceive, and deliver exceptional design and creative work that are consistent with the image and visual language of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create designs, campaigns, and concepts for various projects (branding, advertising, digital content, print, and web)
• Ideate and develop assets and content for UI/UX design and website refreshes
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to conceptualize, design, and execute creative work with defined design languages and strategies
• Design for a variety of channels, including digital (social media, web, email), print (brochures, advertisements), and multimedia (video graphics, animation)
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders on deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
• Ensure all creative designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and messaging
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them effectively to enhance the brand’s visual communications

Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant professional communication design experience
• Working knowledge or proficiency in UI/UX and web design
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent visualisation, communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in tech products, news and trends
