You will recommend training solutions through various channels and participate in corporate outreach events. Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with customers via various outreach channels is an advantage.
  • Preferable experience in call-center, virtual sessions, live chats, roadshow.

Responsibilities
  • Engage working professionals to upskill, enhance employability, and achieve personal learning goals
  • Recommend suitable training and development solutions through multiple channels, including social media, virtual consultations, telesales, and events
  • Participate actively in corporate outreach activities such as roadshows, seminars, class visits, and learning events
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand and manage a personal sales portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive portfolio growth
  • Manage and follow up on sales leads to achieve individual sales targets
  • Conduct telesales and virtual appointments to support customer engagement and conversion
Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates who has experience engaging with customers via various outreach channels is added advantage
  • Preferable experience in call-center, virtual sessions, live chats, roadshow, branches, corporate events is added advantage
