This role involves preparing resolutions and statutory returns, ensuring compliance, and maintaining relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Law, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Law or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional firm.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions and Statutory Returns.
  • Prepare accounts in XBRL & submission.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle all statutory filings with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other regional/local government bodies.
  • General administration work, including filing and arranging appointments.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients and manage their expectations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
