Role overview
The Corporate Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content that positions Biz IQ Academy as leading providers of corporate and SkillsFuture-accredited training. This role will focus heavily on LinkedIn growth, employer-sponsored training awareness, and creating multimedia content that appeals to HR, L&D managers, and working professionals. The role supports both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on thought leadership, educational content, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production
- Create a wide range of content including videos, reels, carousels, photos, graphics, and short-form clips.
- Produce corporate training‑focused content such as thought leadership posts, industry insights, trainer introductions, and behind‑the‑scenes features.
- Capture on‑site content during classes, corporate workshops, and events.
2. Corporate‑Focused Content Development
- Develop content that appeals specifically to corporate L&D teams (HR managers, training managers, business leaders).
- Create course‑summary visuals, infographics, success stories, and case studies.
- Write clear and concise captions, scripts, and storytelling pieces aligned with corporate messaging.
3. Social Media Management & Growth
- Plan and execute content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Optimise posts for engagement and reach, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Analyse performance and refine content strategies based on data.
4. Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with trainers, the corporate sales team, operations, and course developers.
- Coordinate interviews, testimonials, training shoots, and content collection.
- Support marketing campaigns and corporate proposals with visuals and media assets.
5. Branding & Positioning
- Strengthen Biz IQ Academy’s corporate identity and expertise through high‑quality, educational content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and materials.
- Assist in developing thought leadership content that highlights market trends, training insights, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Film, or related field.
- Strong skills in video editing, photography, basic design (CapCut/Canva/Adobe tools).
- Good writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Creativity with a keen eye for storytelling and brand aesthetics.
- Experience with LinkedIn content is a strong advantage.
- Interest in adult learning, corporate training, or SkillsFuture ecosystem is a plus.
