We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, APAC – based in Singapore.

Aligned with the Clarins vision, we are looking for an individual who embodies the Clarins values to join our Corporate Finance team. The Coordinator will play a key part in supporting the Accounts Receivable Lead, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the APAC Regional Accounts Receivable function. The successful candidate will be a dedicated team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, performance‑driven, people‑centric, with a positive and approachable personality, and the agility to adapt to challenges in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do:
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable Operations – manage the accounts receivable function for the assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Build Client Relationships – foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Analyze Financial Data – analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Financial Reports – prepare and present detailed reports on accounts receivable performance, and aging analysis.
  • Optimize Collections Processes – implement best practices to improve collections efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Ensure Compliance – stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
You Have:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an established global FMCG, beauty or retail industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word, experience with Workday and/or other ERP systems.
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
