Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team at Regale, located at the Singapore Science Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to our menu standards, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Western, Local, and Indonesian dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with SFA standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering and rotation
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
  • Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Job Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred (F&B or restaurant environment)
  • Knowledge of local and Western cuisine an advantage
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and hygiene awareness
