Job summary

A leading organization in the industry is seeking a Contract Administrator in Singapore to advise project teams on contract matters, manage contractual correspondence, and ensure compliance with internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering and a minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Advise project teams on contract administration matters, including variation management, time-related claims, and recovery of costs.
  • Support the preparation, evaluation, and submission of contractual claims, extensions of time, and final account settlements.
  • Review project communications and documentation, recommending appropriate responses and highlighting potential contractual or commercial risks.
  • Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence, agreements, and related documentation with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Establish and maintain systematic control of contract records, including subcontractor documentation and reports.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and best practices.
  • Ensure executed contracts are properly disseminated and understood by relevant stakeholders.
  • Support internal compliance requirements, including quality management systems and audit processes.
  • Assist in closing out projects through accurate documentation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support business and project needs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
