Job description

• Assist in project planning and execution, budget trackings, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of multiple projects ensuring project scopes, schedules and outcomes are within the project milestone and budget
• Provide onsite support for projects and events related
• Prepare progress reports for reporting to different stakeholders
• Prepare write-up for projects, events and website
• Assist in the production of publications and online newsletter
• Manage project management life cycle documentations
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• With 2-3 years of work experience in project management and digital media related
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
