Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage project contracts and claims in coordination with project and construction teams.
  • Identify, prepare, and defend contractual changes, claims, and variations.
  • Prepare submission documents including EOT claims, prolongation/acceleration costs, and routine contractual notices.
  • Ensure timely submission of claims and supporting particulars in line with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and update the claims register and brief project teams on status.
  • Establish and enforce commercial policies and procedures for change management and claims.
  • Attend meetings and support internal stakeholders in understanding key contractual terms.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
  • Experience with major architects/engineers/contractors in change management, claims, cost control, or dispute resolution.
  • Strong grasp of contract terms for design, engineering, construction, or installation services.
  • Solid understanding of construction industry practices and contract language.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in contractual correspondence.
