Job Summary
You'll be the content engine for our marketing team — shooting, editing, and shipping video content that tells the OSD story. This is a hands‑on production role — you'll create content daily, working within clear pillars and guardrails but with real creative latitude on how to bring them to life. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, who handles strategy; your job is to make it real. GenAI is your copilot, not a novelty.
Responsibilities
- Video Production (Primary) — Shoot, edit, and publish video content for social, web, and in‑clinic screens. Reels, shorts, longer‑form — you'll do it all. Volume and consistency matter.
- Photography — Capture clinic imagery, team photos, and content for campaigns. Know your way around lighting and composition.
- Social Media Content — Create platform‑native content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Understand what works where. Post, monitor engagement, respond to comments.
- Written Content Support — Draft captions, blog posts, and collateral copy. You don't need to be a copywriter, but you need to write clearly and compellingly.
- Asset Management — Keep files organised, footage archived, and assets accessible. Future you will thank present you.
- GenAI Workflow — Use AI tools daily to accelerate output (not optional — this is how we work).
Required Skills
- Video Editing — Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve. Show us work you've cut.
- Camera Confidence — Comfortable shooting on phone or mirrorless. Know basic framing, lighting, and audio capture.
- Social Media Native — You understand platform algorithms, trends, and what makes content perform. Not just a user — a student of how it works.
- Writing Ability — Can write clear, engaging copy. Captions, scripts, short‑form — you can do it.
- GenAI Fluency — Active user of AI tools for writing, ideation, editing. Show us how you use them.
- Execution Speed — Can you ship? We need output, not perfectionism.
- Independence — Comfortable working with direction, not hand‑holding. You'll get guidance, not micromanagement.
- Portfolio Requirement — Must showcase previous work. University projects, personal content, freelance — anything that shows what you can do. Performance metrics are a bonus.
Nice to Have
Basic motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut transitions), design tools for quick collateral (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop), GA4 familiarity, healthcare or dental industry exposure, event coverage experience.

Note: Don't have all the skills? That's okay — this is an entry‑level role. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, genuine curiosity, and the willingness to grow. If you can shoot, edit, and ship content — and you're ready to learn the rest — we'd love to hear from you.
