Job description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, secure, and extend Power Platform implementations for clients across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize features, implement solutions, and ensure high‑quality delivery of Microsoft cloud‑based applications. The role also involves client training, knowledge transfer, and maintaining technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, and extend Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, etc.).
• Analyze requirements and estimate effort for new feature development and customization of existing features.
• Perform peer code reviews and establish base code frameworks for colleagues.

Testing & Deployment

• Review test plans, coordinate test execution, and analyze results to ensure functionality, completeness, and quality.
• Deploy solutions to Production, QA, and other environments following change management processes.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Regularly communicate with clients during the implementation cycle to ensure alignment and address concerns.
• Conduct client training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for colleagues.

Documentation & Best Practices

• Create and maintain functional requirement and technical specification documentation.
• Share best practices and new feature knowledge with the team to enhance delivery quality.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Platform implementation.
• Proficient with 3 or more Power Platform applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Experience with 3 or more programming/ ing languages (C#, .NET, Java , Java, Python, C++, SQL, HTML5).
• Experience with 3 or more of the following applications/platforms: RESTful web services, SQL Server, Oracle Database, Dynamics 365, SharePoint.
