Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager for site supervision and safety compliance across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage manpower, update project progress, and prepare necessary documentation while coordinating with internal teams and clients. Experience in building construction is essential, and candidates must be ready to work weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Experience working with Sales/Project teams to meet customer requirements.
• Experience in building construction projects is essential.

• Responsible for site supervision and inspection, manpower arrangement, and restocking required materials.
• Resource planning and coordination for internal staff and external site personnel.
• Monitor and report project progress and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision & inspection, manpower arrangement, and restocking for the required materials for the involved project.
• Resource planning and coordination for internal staff and toward external client or site personnel.
• Monitoring & reporting project progress, handover to clients, and compliance with on-site safety requirements.
• Update the work progress to the project charge for the proceeding on the payment claim purpose
• Preparation of RA/safety documents
• Organised in site documentation & site work preparation

Qualifications

• Able to manage a few projects concurrently & able to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Work with the Sales/Project team to ensure the design plan and output meet the customer’s (architect/consultant/direct client/etc.) requirements.
• Experience in building construction projects is a prerequisite.
• Merit added for WSQ certificate such as BCSS & MWAH
• Must agree to work on Satur Day/SunDay/Public Holiday if required
