A construction and engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage site works on RC projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring project timelines, implementing carpentry works, and reporting defects to the project manager. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of construction experience, particularly in medium to large MRT projects, and be knowledgeable about statutory codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction site especially for RC works.
• Experience of medium/large projects for MRT.
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis.
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.
• Implement carpentry works and inspections.
• Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager.
