Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the successful project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s expectation, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Oversee construction projects and project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within the resources allocated.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, main-contractors and relevant authorities on design, work progress, quality, safety and schedules.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed.
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
  • Attend site meetings, inspecting, monitoring and reporting of project progress.
  • Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites.
  • Analyse the actual performance against the project target.
  • Review and redesign work flows and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks.
  • Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Operations Director.

Salary and job title commensurate according to relevance of work experience and qualification.
