Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall project lifecycle from tender, planning, and execution to project completion and handover.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Review and resolve technical, design, and site issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise site teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage variation orders, progress claims, and project documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and procedures.
