Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall project lifecycle from tender, planning, and execution to project completion and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Review and resolve technical, design, and site issues in a timely manner.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise site teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage variation orders, progress claims, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in construction project management.
