Job summary

A growing construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in project supervision, along with the necessary certifications. Responsibilities include leading projects, reviewing contracts, and conducting site inspections. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin/Hokkien are essential, with a long-term commitment to the role preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in construction or renovation project supervision in Singapore.
• Certifications such as BCSS/CSOC, BCCPE, are preferred.
• Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Review and interpret contract terms to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction execution

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin/Hokkien

Competent in reviewing and interpreting contract terms

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Education

Construction-related diploma recognized by BCA/PEB
