  • Prepare baseline schedule and update weekly/monthly progress.
  • Track actual work progress versus planned schedule.
  • Identify delays, risks, and critical path items.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide schedule updates.
  • Estimate resource needs (manpower, materials, equipment).
  • Identify potential project delays early.
  • Maintain schedule documentation for audits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Scheduling
    • Break down work activities into tasks and milestones.
    • Prepare baseline schedule and update weekly/monthly progress.
  2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
    • Track actual work progress versus planned schedule.
    • Identify delays, risks, and critical path items.
    • Prepare regular reports:
      • Weekly progress report
      • Monthly schedule update
      • Delay / slippage report
  3. Coordination with Project Teams
    • Work closely with:
      • Project managers
      • Site supervisors
      • Subcontractors
    • Attend coordination meetings and provide schedule updates.
  4. Resource Planning
    • Estimate resource needs (manpower, materials, equipment).
    • Highlight resource shortages or over‑utilization.
  5. Risk & Delay Analysis
    • Identify potential project delays early.
    • Propose solutions or recovery plans.
  6. Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain schedule documentation for audits and client submissions.
    • Ensure planning complies with contract requirements and Singapore standards.
  7. Support Project Management
    • Assist PM in strategic planning and decision‑making.
    • Provide scenario planning (“what if” analysis) when project changes.
  8. Duty time : 8am to 9pm
