Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in Southeast Asia.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar management position on major oil/gas projects.
• Familiarity with latest construction methods and project management techniques.
• Experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception to completion.

B.S. or equivalent degree in engineering

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the South east Asia.
• Must have minimum 5 years of similar management position in major oil/gas projects
• An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable.
• Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects.
• Requires specific knowledge in coordinating contract packages, constructability review, site plan management, tracking construction progress.
• Specifically, experience in management of construction interfaces and coordination of construction activities with Marine Contractor/Construction Manager will be required.
• Must have experience of planning for the whole construction process from inception through to completion and to be able to create programmes that are underpinned by a basis of programme narrative.
