Job description

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
• Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high quality standards.
• Ensure that stakeholders are actively engaged and that beneficial relationships between the project and the client, subcontractors, community, and other external parties are developed and maintained
• Support the Project Manager in all coordination work of civil, structural, architectural and System‑Wide Contractors (SWCs)
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub‑contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site
• Coordination of sub‑contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation in accordance to master programme
• Prepare and coordinate on quality management and CONQUAS assessment

Requirements

• Min. 10 yrs of exp as main-con in Design & Build projects
• Degree in Architect
• Candidates must have experience working on projects such as private housings, government camps and site works
