We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction General Worker with roadworks experience to support site operations in Singapore. Responsibilities include assisting with road construction activities, maintaining a clean and safe worksite, handling basic maintenance tasks, and carrying out other ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor or manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in roadworks and construction activities, including excavation, concreting, asphalt works, drainage, and reinstatement works
• Perform manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and handling construction materials and tools
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices, barricades, and safety signage
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the worksite in accordance with workplace safety regulations
• Support skilled workers, machine operators, and supervisors in daily site operations
• Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and machinery
• Follow all safety procedures, risk assessments, and site instructions
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or roadworks in Singapore preferred
• Physically comfortable and able to perform manual labour in outdoor environments
• Possession of valid CSOC or BCSS certification is required
• Relevant BCA certifications (e.g. CoreTrade) will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore construction safety standards and site practices
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a teamWilling to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts when required
