Responsibilities
  • Lead daily condominium operations to maintain smooth management and resident satisfaction during the incumbent’s absence
  • Collaborate effectively with MCST council, residents, and managing agents to align operational objectives and resolve issues
  • Direct and supervise onsite staff and term contractors to ensure compliance with service standards and timely completion of tasks
  • Enforce estate by-laws and house rules to uphold community standards and safety
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and coordinate follow-up actions on maintenance and repair works to preserve property condition
  • Manage residents’ feedback, mediate disputes, and respond promptly to emergency situations to maintain a safe and harmonious living environment
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports and represent management at council meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential / MCST management
  • Knowledge of BMSMA and condominium operations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
