Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and general maintenance of the residential estate’s common areas and facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the MCST council, residents, service providers, and authorities.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, expenditures, and prepare financial reports for the MCST council.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and relevant building regulations.
  • Organize and attend AGMs, EGMs, and council meetings; prepare meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
  • Address resident feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high service quality and community satisfaction.
  • Handle emergency situations, safety issues, and risk mitigation procedures as they arise.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties and support estate improvement projects as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MCST or strata property management.
  • Familiar with the BMSMA and Singapore’s regulatory requirements for strata developments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and service contracts effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • Diploma or higher in Building Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred.
