Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, security, and maintenance of all common property and facilities
- Manage and supervise on-site staff (security, cleaners, technicians) and external contractors/vendors.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure upkeep standards are met.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Manage the annual budgets, and assist with financial reporting for the Management Council.
- Enforce by-laws and house rules, and address resident feedback, enquiries, and complaints.
- Serve as the main liaison between residents, the Management Council, and government authorities.
- Respond to and manage property-related emergencies promptly.
Requirements
- Min 2 yrs of experience as Condo Manager or 3 yrs as Property Executive, or in a similar management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management is mandatory.
- Proven experience in building maintenance, vendor management, and supervising staff.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
