Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle all ACRA BizFile+ submissions and transactions.
  • Prepare and file XBRL reports.
  • Assist in preparing corporate secretarial documents, including:
    • Company incorporations
    • Striking off companies
    • Preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions for ongoing secretarial matters
    • Applications for employment passes
    • Bank account openings and changes in signatories
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the preparation and filing of statutory returns and resolutions.
  • Conduct client due diligence checks and ensure compliance with ACRA's AML/CFT requirements.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Additional Information
  • Office located within walking distance from Aljunied MRT.
  • 5-day work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
