Responsibilities
- Handle all ACRA BizFile+ submissions and transactions.
- Prepare and file XBRL reports.
- Assist in preparing corporate secretarial documents.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct client due diligence checks.

Responsibilities
- Handle all ACRA BizFile+ submissions and transactions.
- Prepare and file XBRL reports.
- Assist in preparing corporate secretarial documents, including:
- Company incorporations
- Striking off companies
- Preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions for ongoing secretarial matters
- Applications for employment passes
- Bank account openings and changes in signatories
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the preparation and filing of statutory returns and resolutions.
- Conduct client due diligence checks and ensure compliance with ACRA's AML/CFT requirements.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently.
