The Prioritise+ Marketplace Product Manager is responsible for strategy, development, operations, and growth of the newly launched Prioritise+ Marketplace and its integration across the INCIT portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of product design, marketplace operations, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-framework integration (SIRI, COSIRI, AIMRI, OPERI).

What You’ll Do as Community Manager
  • Manage communication cycles for INCIT-Certified Assessors, Regional Ambassadors and Advisory Board members.
  • Plan, write, and distribute newsletters and announcements on portfolio updates, events, case studies, and community activities – both functional and marketing in nature.
  • Coordinate onboarding for Regional Ambassadors and key community partners, such as Training & Examination Centres.
  • Maintain relationships with INCIT Community(e.g. INCIT-Certified Assessors) while also ensuring INCIT remains neutral and reputable.
  • Consolidate feedback from INCIT Community to convey to INCIT team.
  • Manage portals, including uploading relevant material (e.g. slide decks, social media marketing collateral), ensuring announcements, guides, and resources are up to date.
What You’ll Do as Product Manager
  • Take charge of the product roadmap for the Prioritise+ Marketplace, including feature planning, prioritisation, and delivery timelines, working alongside tech and managerial team.
  • Manage the integration of Prioritise+ across the SIRI, COSIRI, AIMRI, and OPERI assessment frameworks.
  • Oversee provider onboarding workflows, including application review, vetting criteria, and approval processes.
  • Develop and refine user journeys, functional logic, and post‑assessment flows (e.g. problem statements, challenge‑posting rules, dimensions‑mapping).
  • Collaborate with the tech team to translate requirements into clear product specifications and implementation tasks.
  • Maintain and update marketplace‑related content, including webpages, templates, and communication materials (e.g. LinkedIn tiles), working with the marketing team.
  • Coordinate feedback loops with providers, assessors, partners, and clients to continuously improve marketplace functionality.
  • Support pricing model development, T&C updates, and policy refinements to ensure marketplace consistency and compliance.
  • Track platform metrics, provider engagement, and monthly product performance to support leadership reporting.
What You Bring as Community Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and confidence managing stakeholders across regions and seniority levels.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple communication channels and documents.
  • Strong organisational skills, including managing calendars, coordinating inputs, and keeping processes on track.
  • Comfort working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and driving initiatives to completion.
  • Experience producing newsletters, announcements, and structured communications in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across product, tech, marketing and managerial teams to ensure information is consistent and up to date.
  • Tech‑savviness, as INCIT is a platform business that develops, manages and maintains multiple virtual portals with various functionalities and user views.
What You Bring as Product Manager
  • Solid product management experience, ideally in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystem‑driven products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into clear workflows, logic rules, and product specifications.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with tech, operations, legal and managerial teams to drive aligned product outcomes.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritising features, and coordinating development timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly documentation and stakeholder updates.
  • A structured, process‑driven approach to problem‑solving and product design.
  • Ability to manage partner and provider relationships, including onboarding, feedback cycles, and marketplace quality control.
  • Strong understanding of user journey mapping, UX considerations, and functional flow design.
  • Comfort handling both strategic product decisions and hands‑on execution tasks when needed.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, flag risks, and propose solutions that improve platform scalability and user experience.
