JOB DESCRIPTION — COMMUNITY & PRODUCT MANAGER
Community Manager strengthens engagement across the INCIT ecosystem through clear, consistent communication and proactive relationship management. The role focuses on community-building, partner enablement, and portfolio visibility through newsletters, events communication, and structured collaboration with Regional Ambassadors, INCIT-Certified Assessors, and training partners.
The Prioritise+ Marketplace Product Manager is responsible for strategy, development, operations, and growth of the newly launched Prioritise+ Marketplace and its integration across the INCIT portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of product design, marketplace operations, ecosystem partnerships, and cross-framework integration (SIRI, COSIRI, AIMRI, OPERI).
What You’ll Do as Community Manager
- Manage communication cycles for INCIT-Certified Assessors, Regional Ambassadors and Advisory Board members.
- Plan, write, and distribute newsletters and announcements on portfolio updates, events, case studies, and community activities – both functional and marketing in nature.
- Coordinate onboarding for Regional Ambassadors and key community partners, such as Training & Examination Centres.
- Maintain relationships with INCIT Community(e.g. INCIT-Certified Assessors) while also ensuring INCIT remains neutral and reputable.
- Consolidate feedback from INCIT Community to convey to INCIT team.
- Manage portals, including uploading relevant material (e.g. slide decks, social media marketing collateral), ensuring announcements, guides, and resources are up to date.
What You’ll Do as Product Manager
- Take charge of the product roadmap for the Prioritise+ Marketplace, including feature planning, prioritisation, and delivery timelines, working alongside tech and managerial team.
- Manage the integration of Prioritise+ across the SIRI, COSIRI, AIMRI, and OPERI assessment frameworks.
- Oversee provider onboarding workflows, including application review, vetting criteria, and approval processes.
- Develop and refine user journeys, functional logic, and post‑assessment flows (e.g. problem statements, challenge‑posting rules, dimensions‑mapping).
- Collaborate with the tech team to translate requirements into clear product specifications and implementation tasks.
- Maintain and update marketplace‑related content, including webpages, templates, and communication materials (e.g. LinkedIn tiles), working with the marketing team.
- Coordinate feedback loops with providers, assessors, partners, and clients to continuously improve marketplace functionality.
- Support pricing model development, T&C updates, and policy refinements to ensure marketplace consistency and compliance.
- Track platform metrics, provider engagement, and monthly product performance to support leadership reporting.

- Experience producing newsletters, announcements, and structured communications in a fast‑moving environment.
- Ability to coordinate across product, tech, marketing and managerial teams to ensure information is consistent and up to date.
- Tech‑savviness, as INCIT is a platform business that develops, manages and maintains multiple virtual portals with various functionalities and user views.
What You Bring as Product Manager
- Solid product management experience, ideally in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or ecosystem‑driven products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex requirements into clear workflows, logic rules, and product specifications.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with tech, operations, legal and managerial teams to drive aligned product outcomes.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritising features, and coordinating development timelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly documentation and stakeholder updates.
- A structured, process‑driven approach to problem‑solving and product design.
- Ability to manage partner and provider relationships, including onboarding, feedback cycles, and marketplace quality control.
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping, UX considerations, and functional flow design.
- Comfort handling both strategic product decisions and hands‑on execution tasks when needed.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps, flag risks, and propose solutions that improve platform scalability and user experience.
