Overview

Our client is in is the automation industry, transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Communications Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce compelling communications, including newsletters, social media posts, and investor updates.
  • Craft clear and engaging internal communications to keep staff informed and motivated.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, staff, and investors to facilitate open communication.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and feedback from all stakeholders.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media channels, creating and curating content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries, fostering a positive online presence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing communication effectiveness across all channels.
