We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Communications Admin & Governance, Assistant Vice President| Business & Corporate Comms Lead (internal job profile) (Hybrid) based in Singapore. Overall Responsibility
  • Overall responsible for governance, operations and business management within the Singapore Communications team
  • Directly supports the Asia South Communications Head on all administrative matters including managing meetings, calendar as well as travel and web T&E
Governance Responsibility
  • Cluster coordination across Asia South (AS) Comms teams e.g. submitting cluster updates on ongoing basis for various global governance reports requested by Global ESPA Comms
  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of the Singapore Comms MCA process
  • Manage the GO approval process
  • Support the Business Unit Head Attestation process
  • Prepare, coordinate and support the Audit process
  • Oversee the maintenance of records as the Records Management Officer (RMO)
Operations & Business Management
  • Monitor and track usage of CCOBH sponsorship and events budgets, as well as the Singapore Comms team budgets
  • Collate Asia South Comms budgets
  • Process P2P and manage TPMU requirements
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding employee process
  • Support the comms in obtaining approvals for sponsorships and logo usage
  • Support all administrative matters including office and systems access
Communications Support
  • Singapore events support e.g. providing on ground logistics and planning support at internal and external events across media, clients, community and employee engagement including town halls and global senior visits
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Minimum of 6 years of working experience in an MNC environment in an administrative role
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
