Job summary

A leading global financial institution in Singapore is seeking a Trade Support & Documentation Analyst to join its Commodities business within Global Banking & Markets. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment. Responsibilities include managing trade booking exceptions, coordinating confirmations, and monitoring operational risks. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. This is a 6-month contract position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade support or documentation.
• Experience in Commodities or derivatives markets is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain working relationships with internal teams.
• Manage real-time trade booking exceptions.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely confirmations and settlements.
• Monitor operational risk throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Partner with teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
