A global financial services firm in Singapore is looking for a lawyer to support its Commodity Markets and Financing business. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commodities trading and finance. You will provide legal advice and support trading activities and regulatory reforms. Join Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets group as a lawyer primarily supporting our Commodity Markets and Financing business in Asia. The division focuses on a diverse range of business activities involving both physical and financial commodities transactions.

You will support all aspects of the business in Asia, with a focus on trading across a broad range of commodities, structuring of trade finance transactions and supporting businesses to develop commodities financing products and instruments. In addition to providing legal advice to the front office, internal risk and compliance teams, you will also support on regulatory reform and continuous improvement initiatives.
