Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Quotes Specialist to manage RFQs, create quotes, and coordinate with clients under tight deadlines.

You will download inquiries from Ship-Serv and other portals, update ERP data in D365 and SCiNT, and support the Commercial Director with timely, accurate responses. Training provided upon joining.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work under constant deadline pressure.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs within the allocated time, including receiving, creating and distributing quotes to clients.
• Download customer inquiries and orders from various portals and e-platforms (e.g. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B).
• Accurately update required information and line items in the ERP system (D365 & SCiNT).
• Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Director or line manager.

5.5 days: Upon confirmation alternate 5.5 days

$2,800 - $4,400 + AWS

Responsibilities
